AllStar Wrestling Federation, Inc. (doing business as ASWF Inc.) is an American publicly traded, privately controlled entertainment company dealing primarily in professional wrestling, with major revenue sources also coming from film, music, product licensing, and direct product sales. It is currently one of the largest professional wrestling promotion in the world, reaching 8 million viewers in the U.S. and broadcasting its shows in 30 languages to more than 145 countries.

Tyson Michaels is the majority owner, chairman and chief executive officer (CEO) of the company. Together with Eve Breneman, and Kenzie Smith (ASWF Executive Vice President of Creative), they hold approximately 90% of ASWF's economic interest and 96% of the voting power in the company. The company's headquarters are located in New York City, New York with offices in Los Angeles, Miami, Chicago , Tokyo, London, and Calgary.

ASWF currently has one flagship brand named Anarchy which runs on Saturday Nights,with monthly pay-per-view events featuring their premiere champions and highlighting major points in feuds and storylines of that time.

AllStar Wrestling Federation was open on 19/7/2012 by Tyson Michaels and Eve Breneman.Their goal was to build a company that could go the distance unlike most Companies that were folding, With in Days of being open ASWF continued sign big name after Big name, Including The likes of James Shark, Cody Taylor, Dan Alexander, Jackson Ford and Alison Williams

Working Relationships/AffiliatesEdit

Premium Championship WrestlingEdit

On August 8th, 2012. Allstar Wrestling Federation came to terms on an affiliation with Premium Championship Wrestling, a Company that has been around for a couple of Years. It's Rumoured that Cody Taylor would be on his way to PCW to start a working relationship yet nothing has been confirmed by either side.

New Wave WrestlingEdit

ASWF came to terms with an affiliation with New Wave Wrestling on August 9th 2012. Nothing else has been confirmed about this deal yet.

Tokyo AllStar WrestlingEdit

On August 19th, 2012 ASWF Inc Purchased Tokyo AllStar Wrestling for a number reported to be around $7 million. Tyson Michaels confirmed that he would In fact be keeping TASW Open instead of closing it down, Other than that Michaels has yet to comment on anything else to do with the Company.
