Childhood[]

From a young age, Apollo was repeatedly told by his peers and his own father, Adrian Rhodes that he was "the perfect athlete"; a name Apollo didn't believe was worthy of having. Excelling in every activity he took part in, his father grew jealous at how adept Apollo was at everything his did. Taking advantage of Apollo's constant requests for a challenge, Adrian introduced him to wrestling and it proved to be something that Apollo didn't find easy.

Training[]

Taking him overseas and heeding his desperate pleas, Adrian introduced Apollo to UK-Star Wrestling, the place where Adrian got his first training. Heeding Apollo's request to learn more about wrestling, Adrian saw how quickly he improved under the wing of the trainers.

Impressing again and again with visitors, fans of the local shows and the trainers, Adrian began to grow jealous once again as his son's 'achilles heel' had disappeared. This was the final straw for Adrian, who then challenged his son to a 2/3 Falls Match to try and prove to himself that he wasn't "over the hill". Battling for nearly 40 minutes, Adrian defeated Apollo by 2 falls to zero through dubious tactics and left for Asia in order to rekindle his wrestling career. The second-generation prodigy however became furious at how he had been used in order to satisfy his father's own ego and began to build his own career after seeking out the WCSF as his place to prove his superiority over his father. Refusing to acknowledge a lineage to his father in the sporting world again, Apollo took on another name that reflected his animalistic finesse, and used the nickname that was given to him by his mentors as his last name; dubbing him Apollo Lynx.

WCSF Career: Ascension & Unleashed[]

Breaking onto the scene, Lynx made an impact when he stepped up to be in the race to fight Steve Sinistra at Hacked, but lost the vote to Matt Falcon, who managed to gain over 70% of the vote. Facing against such formidable stars such as Tomohiro Matsuda and Jake Thompson; Lynx was yet to be pinned during his WCSF career.

Currently, Lynx was competing in the Battlefield Tournament, advancing through the Qualifying Round against Explosive via submission. However, in his First Round Matchup, he was defeated by Saxon Storm on Unleashed.
