As Super Psycho was a top-rising star the belt was created with the idea that nobody could beat him in a "pure wrestling match" and nobody would for over two years, it wasn't until his younger brother Total Psycho challenged him that he would finally lose the belt. The belt would be retired August 19, 2006 two years after Super Psycho won the belt for a second time.
It would be officially reinstated March 2nd where new EHW signee Lee Lassiter would win it.
