The EMW Starlets Championship is the secondly title of the Starlets brand in the Extreme Madness Wrestling fantasy wrestling promotion. The first champion was determined in a tournament format. Olivia Munn defeated Blaze Fielding in the finals of the tournament to become the first champion on February 12, 2010 on an episode of Starlets. The current champion is Ronda Rousey, who defeated Claire Bennet in an Extreme Rules Match on the 5-3-13 edition of EMW Starlets.
