If asked who he was Guybrush Threepwood would probably modestly reply: “Guybrush Threepwood, mighty pirate” (this would be modesty on Guybrush’ part since his normal introduction would span across several pages. Although Guybrush is uncertain of his origions, he believes it has something to do with paint and character sprites. Guybrush, by some strange intervention had sailed into a raging storm at sea and had woken up in the modern times infront of the FMW HQ. Although he cursed his luck for not having woken up in some beach filled with thousands of woman he cursed his luck even more when he discovered that Murray, the demonic talking skull, was lying next to him. Murray and Guybrush had a history of bad jibes and sarcastic comments that made no sense. It was clear that somehow Guybrush was destined to join FMW. He was just trying to find out why and how to get back home.
