Added by SlegnaFMWThe Hayabusa Cup is an annual trophy awarded by Full Metal Wrestling (FMW) to celebrate the birthday of the e-federation. The Cup is contested every year, with the tournament usually starting the date FMW was founded in 2006.
The participants are decided by an invitational, then randomly divided into four separate rings with its own unique stipulation (Valor, Steel, Wire, and Fire). The winners of the four rings advance to a Fatal Four-Way match, where the winner becomes the Hayabusa Cup winner. In addition to winning the trophy, the winner is also awarded with a special stipulation.
The Hayabusa Cup was named after puroresu legend, Hayabusa.

Ring of ValorEdit
Superstars can be eliminated by pinfall, submission, or by being thrown over the top rope.
Ring of SteelEdit
The match is contested within a 15 foot high steel cage. The first superstar to escape the cage is the winner.
Ring of WireEdit
Superstars are eliminated when thrown over the top rope, but the ring ropes are constructed with barbed wire.
Ring of FireEdit
Superstars are eliminated when thrown over the top rope, but the ring is surrounded by flames (see: Inferno match).

The First Hayabusa CupEdit
Alex O'Rion won the first Hayabusa Cup, guaranteeing him a FMW world title shot at anytime in the coming year. He intended to use it at Death Row 2008, but Drew Michaels unwillingly had his rematch clause to take on then-champion Eric Scorpio activated by Original Sin leader and FMW CEO Jaro, who wanted to cause turmoil in the Resistance during the height of the Full Metal War. Jaro had the two fight it out in an I Quit match to determine who would use their guaranteed title shot. Thanks to interference by Original Sin, both men were beaten down and O'Rion said "I Quit" after being threatened with career, possibly life-threatening injury.
