International Wrestling Corporation (IWC) is an American wrestling company formed in 1997 by the late Toby Williams II. It was originally named International Wrestling All Stars but his Toby Williams III's son Toby II changed it after he inherited the company after his father's death through the will. The company has not aired on television wanting to be "The best wrestling not aired".

Formation[]

In 1996, the World Wrestling Federation was considered the top wrestling corporation of all time. Toby Williams II was apart of the Power Wrestling Corporation from 1959 and it was considered the best company of wrestling of all time. He was upset. PWC folded in 1994 due to debts. He with the help of his family and a doner of wealth. He formed the IWAS.
