Joe Schmucker (born Jost Lapp Schmucker on January 19, 1966) is a Mennonite American entrepreneur and professional wrestler currently wrestling for the WNWA.

Jost Schmucker is the youngest of four children of Eli and Rachel Lapp Schmucker. The Schmucker family owns the East Earl Corporation, a conglomerate of hotels, inns, bakeries and restaurants near East Earl, PA. The family also runs a dairy farm that supplies milk to Yoder Dairy, owned by Samuel Yoder.

Schmucker attended Mennonite church with his family and attended Union Grove Mennonite High School. Upon graduation, Yoder attended Messiah College (now University) in Harrisonburg, VA, majoring in sociology.

The properties that make up the East Earl Corporation are a successor to an early stagecoach stop and the warm hospitality that greeted weary travelers. Its beginnings date back to 1911 when Amos Lapp, great grandfather to the current generation of Schmuckers operating the businesses, bought a sixty-acre farm. For over 50 years the Schmucker Family farmed the land before developing part of the family homestead into a motel. Today Joe & his brother Jake Schmucker, the third generation, oversee the operations of the East Earl Corporation which include several restaurants and hotels in the Lancaster County area. In recent years the brothers have been aggressively purchasing more and more properties in the past few years and living off of their Pennsylvania Dutch heritage.

The Schmuckers and Samuel Yoder form the Mennonite Mafia in the WNWA. Jake & Joe made their wrestling debuts in the fall of 2006, feuding with Amos Beiler and his Amish Alliance.
