Michael Smart is an American professional wrestler. He is most known for his time in the GameFAQs Wrestling Federation, and is currently working for the Premiere Wrestling Alliance as the number one contender to the PWA World Heavyweight Championship.

Professional wrestling career

GameFAQs Wrestling Federation (2007-2008)

Originally drafted to GWF's second brand, Saturday Night Dogfight, Smart found minimal success in the early goings, losing his first four matches. It wasn't until he defeated Smoke that he eventually became a major force in GWF. He went on to defeat GWF Hall of Famer, John Beanshaw Wrathfield. Always a member of the GWF Sunday Brunch roster, Smart became heavily involved in the brand when he formed Project Perfection, a group lead by Debolt Dragonsbane, featuring Smart and Adam Leos.

One of Smart's biggest matches in GWF history was a 3-Way Dance ladder match in which he filled in for the GWF World Interbrand Champion Adam Leos. Smart defended the belt for him, as Leos refused to wrestle in the match. The Reprobate captured the title in this match, and Smart swore he would get the belt eventually.

Smart was pitted against his own stable leader, Debolt Dragonsbane, at Brunch's first ever Pay-Per-View, Dead End. The match would decide who the number one contender to Rep's Interbrand Championship would be for the next Pay-Per-View. Smart would have gone on to receive his title shot, but GWF closed down before Brunch's Big Apple Street Fight '08.

Premiere Wrestling Alliance (2010)

Smart entered the GWF Sunday Brunch reunion promotion, Premiere Wrestling Alliance, around the same time as Chris Williams. Both fan favorites, Michael's cousin and manager Daniel Smart was able to convince the two to form an alliance, working towards the PWA World Heavyweight Championship. The two took out all competition, until they were the only men eligible for the Championship, left in the division. Chris Williams defeated Michael Smart for the World Heavyweight Championship at Chapter 2. Neither man had held a World Heavyweight Championship before, and the win would be a major score for either man's career. Both men agreed to keep it clean during the match, and to honor their alliance, promised that the winner would allow a rematch against the loser at Life Sentence. During the match, Michael and Daniel Smart resorted to cheap tactics and cheating in an attempt at capturing the Championship. Smart's breaking of the bond fueled the already intense fire behind the rematch for Life Sentence.
