The NIWA World Women's Championship is the top women's championship in the National Internet Wrestling Alliance fantasy promotion. Sonya Blade became the first championship when she defeated Sheik on February 27, 2009 at Night of Death. The current champion is Blossom, who defeated Faith Lehane on May 31, 2013 at Annualversary V.
