Old School Wrestling (OSW) is a professional e-wrestling promotion that existed from March 2009 to August 2009. It was founded by Jason Hart and Josh Devlin. OSW supported a “back to the roots” philosophy, focusing on the way e-federations used to be in terms of feuds, storylines, and ownership, as well as favoring quality over quantity.

History
Edit
In March 2009, Jason Hart and Josh Devlin opened OSW. The first show was in the form of a house show, which featured the original talent of the promotion and led to a huge success. OSW debuted its weekly show, Premiere, beginning a string of quality programming, filled with intense feuds taking place. The next month introduced OSW's first ever pay per view, Cruel Intentions.
The event showcased the first "Throw in the Towel" match, where Jim Mason defeated Broadband by making his opponent's girlfriend, and also backstage interviewer, Michelle Lane wave the white flag in fear of his safety. The first OSW Intercontinental Champion was crowned in EWF legend, Ryot, after interrupting the title match to claim the belt and announce his full-time return to the ring. In a match of rivals, Sly defeated Evil Clown by making him submit, a week after Evil Clown had injured Sly with multiple blows to the head using a bowling ball. Historically, in one of two main events, the inaugural OSW World Heavyweight Champion was made when Broadband defeated Serial Joe for the coveted title, despite the fact that both were in grueling matches earlier in the night. In the second main event, a “Legends Match” was held in which Spectre triumphed over his opponents Ryot, John Reeper and Lucifer, by retrieving a special “Legends Belt” from a suspension.
OSW proceeded to put together strong shows. However, the overall interaction between members in the federation from an e-fed point of view, was not that active. Around the time of mid-2009, OSW started falling into stagnancy when circumstances affected the real-life of the handler of one of the owners, Josh Devlin. The community continued to become weaker until August 2009 when the federation faded from existence.
