Soul Survivor tournament (2018)[]

In February 2018, Phil McGroin took part in the Soul Survivor tournament Preliminary Round, in a Survival Chamber match. He was able to qualify for the next round starting in May.

At Revival 2018, McGroin competed in a Fatal 5 Way for the 4CW Universal Championship, but was unsuccessful.

In May, Phil McGroin competed in the first round of the Soul Survivor tournament in an Ultimate X match with Tommy Young, Glock Nine and Witch Hazel. McGroin qualified for the next round after grabbing the last of three objects on the Ultimate X structure.

In June, Witch Hazel, Tommy Young and Phil McGroin competed in a triple threat Licky on a Pole match. Phil McGroin was unable to retrieve a Licky to advance and was eliminated from the tournament.

4CW Hardcore Champion (2018)[]

At Storm Front: Duskfall, in July 2018, McGroin defeated Glock Nine to become the first-ever 4CW Hardcore Champion. With the title defended under 24/7 rules, Glock Nine beat McGroin later in the night to win the title, but McGroin ended the night by winning the title back and fleeing from the arena. On the 13th August, 2018, McGroin's personal Camera Man pinned McGroin in his sleep to win the belt, but McGroin immediately woke up and pinned Camera Man to regain his title. Throughout the next few months, McGroin held the 4CW Hardcore Championship a total of eight times.

13 Ghost Gauntlet Winner (2018)[]

At Gallows End 2018, Phil McGroin won the 13 Ghost Gauntlet match, last eliminating Brian White. This victory gave him an opportunity at the 4CW World Championship, but he was unsuccessful in his bid to become World Champion in a triple threat vs Jacob Scharff and Pilgrim Paige at Storm Front: WAR II.

Championship Pursuits (2019)[]

At Revival 2019, Phil McGroin took part in the inaugural Lightning in the Bottle match and was, unfortunately, the competitor to be plunged into the sea of tables, being eliminated from the match by Supreme, who went on to win the match.

After a short hiatus, Phil McGroin returned and captured the Hardcore Championship on several occasions, bringing his total number of reigns up to fourteen. He earned a 4CW Custom Cup Championship match against Tommy Young at Storm Front: Rumble in the Storm, but was unsuccessful, though he did once again lose and reclaim his Hardcore Championship, before losing it again later on in the night in the Rumble in the Storm match itself.

4CW Custom Cup Champion & Lightning in the Bottle Winner (2019 - 2020)[]

At Storm Front: WAR III, Phil McGroin defeated Tommy Young in an Ultimate X match to win the 4CW Custom Cup Championship. This was McGroin's first major championship win in 4CW. At Revival XIV, McGroin competed in and won the Lightning in the Bottle match. During the match, he threw Dirk Meyer through the sea of tables. With this win, McGroin had won the ability to challenge for any championship at any time in the next twelve months.

In May 2020, he defended the 4CW Custom Cup Championship in a Chairs match on 4CW Storm Front against Dirk Meyer. After the match, he tried to assault Meyer, so Senecca runs down to make the save of his long-time friend and partner. Senecca signalled that he wants the Custom Cup Championship himself as Phil McGroin fled.

Over the coming months, Phil McGroin held on to the championship in a series of Chairs matches. Eventually, he would face Xavier Avana at Gallows End 2020 and lose the championship to the rookie. Still holding the Lightning in the Bottle, McGroin would be manipulated by 4CW owner Sery into opening the bottle ahead of time and announcing himself as part of the 5-way WAR match for the 4CW World Championship at Storm Front: WAR IV. McGroin woul be unsuccessful in his attempt to capture the World Title as Jack Valentine retained, pinning Rhys Cain to win the match.
