Public Enemy Multimedia, LLC is a privately controlled integrated-media and sports entertainment conglomerate. It focuses on television, internet, music, and live events, dealing primarily in e-wrestling with major revenue sources also coming from product licensing and direct product sales. D. Hammond Samuels is the President and CEO of the company, owning 52% majority of the company. Currently, it is the parent company of Lords of Pain Wrestling (LPW).

The company has its headquarters in Tombstone, Arizona; with LPW operating out of Providence, Rhode Island. The company was co-founded in September 2006 by Damion Kross and The Rik, who called themselves Public Enemy #1. After several dealings, Samuels bought majority stock and would use the limited liability company to purchase LPW through his inner-workings as General Manager of the Inferno brand.
