The Pro Wrestling R4GE World Heavyweight Championship is the premier title in Pro Wrestling R4GE and it is currently held by HaZz

The first R4GE World champion was crowned after a tournament was held during 2004. The semi-finals of which saw KiD face Eddie T and Ivan Petrov face Shane Williams on two consecutive episodes of Thursday Night Turbluence with the winners of the matches facing at R4GE's first Pay-Per-View event Ground Zero this match was between Eddie T and Shane Williams with Eddie T winning and being crowned the first ever R4GE World Heavyweight champion. Eddie T also holds the distinction of being the only (to date) undefeated R4GE World champion.

The title was vacated upon return from its 16 month hiatus and a second title tournament was held. This saw former champion Eddie T, William P. Cash, Ken Fuqua, Nathaneal Adams and Shane Williams competing. Fuqua and Adams were surprise winners of the tournament rounds with Fuqua defeating hot favourite Shane Williams and Adams defeating William P. Cash in respective semi-finals. The final was held at Rebirth and Ken Fuqua became the second ever R4GE World champion.

Fuqua's reign lasted 139 days but he only defended his title successfully on two occasions once at Lights Out where he defeated Thomas Lithos and Mike Hall and on an episode of TNT where he defeated Nightmare.

Fuqua lost the belt to Jamboree at Chaos Theory. Jamboree's reign was popular but he only defended the belt once in the return match against Fuqua at The Calm Before The Storm where Fuqua regained the belt becoming the second ever R4GE World Heavyweight champion.

Ken Fuqua's second reign as champion was shorter but more successful than the first, he had much improved since his first run and now carried the belt with much more aplomb. His first defence was agains Dave Bermingham at TNT: The Storm, a special show to kick off the new R4GE year, his second reign as champion would end at Breaking Point where Mikey Duros pinned Dave Bermingham in a Triple-Threat match after Fuqua had been laid out by The Firebird.
