RCW Battle Royal 2001 was the second annual Battle Royal professional wrestling pay-per-view event from the Russell Championship Wrestling. It took place on January 21 2001 at the New Orleans Arena in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Xplosion Battle Royal Qualification match: Binge & Purge (Binge and Purge) (w/Master James) defeated Jing Jang Dragons (Jing Dragon and Jang Dragon) (1:57)
Burge pinned Jang to earn a Battle Royal spot for a member of his team (although during the show Kyle Smith would give their spot to Justin Timberlake).
Sedgley Boys (Steve Sedgley and Sid Sedgley) defeated Derry Jones and Dennis O'Callaghan to win the RCW Tag Team Championship(9:59)
Steve pinned Derry after a Piledriver.
Aaron Preston defeated Thomas Parkes in a Ladder match to win the RCW Television Championship (18:44)
Preston grabbed the belt to win.
Moss (w/Master James) defeated The Vixen to retain the RCW Women's Championship(3:32)
Moss pinned Vixen after she suddenly fell collapsed when attempting her Back Handspring Elbow.
After the match, Vixen was ([Kayfabe) carried out into a waiting ambulance.
Curtis Johnson (w/Leanne Giles) defeated Paul Russell(w/Faye Cook) to retain the RCW Championship (24:15)
CJ pinned Russell after Steve Davis hit Russell with the RCW Title belt.
During the match, Leanne and Faye got into a fight. The fight had to be broken up by Kyle Smith, however the two fought to the back.
Steve Davis won the 2001 Battle Royal (1:01:55)
The final two participants were Steve Davis and Junior Lee. Davis sent Junior over the top rope following 3 chair shots and a clothesline.
King of Swing who was prior to the event the TPW Hardcore Champion as Swinger, made a surprise move to the RCW as King of Swing. The TPW Hardcore Championship as a result was abandoned.

Junior Lee broke the record for most eliminations in a single Battle Royal with 11. He eliminated The Ringleader, Ken Doh, Aldo Chilli, The Crow, Derek Jupitus, The Honky Tonk Man, The Devil, Blood Bath, Giant Hermit, Max Dobson (jointly with The Reaper) and Dwayne Foster.
Singer Justin Timberlake appeared on the show and in the Battle Royal match to hype his upcoming New Album. He eliminated himself as after the ring had cleared and he was all alone, Junior Lee came out and JT fled.
