The TCW Global Coast Championship is a new championship in Total Championship Wrestling that was introduced into TCW at the Emotional Trauma PPV Event on August 30, 2009. This championship was the reward for winning a tournament that spanned several months. This Championship, although new in its introduction is the second most prestigious championship in TCW. The crowning of its first Champion gave testament to that.

TCW Global Coast Championship:
1. Katlin Blake defeated Alex Silverstar Jr. in the finals of Tammy Bryceland's special tournament at the 8-30-09 Emotional Trauma PPV to become the very first GC Champ. Her reign lasted 28 days.
2. Wolf Van Bromheime defeated Katlin Blake during the 9-27-09 edition of Anarchy after Kaida Ackley involved herself in the match. His reign lasted 3 minutes.
3. Katlin Blake defeated Wolf Van Bromheime during the 9-27-09 edition of Anarchy after demanding her rematch on the spot and capitalizing on a distracted Van Bromheime to regain the title. Her reign lasted 34 days.
4. Kaida Ackley defeated Katlin Blake during the 10-31-09 Hell's Holiday PPV to become the new Global Coast Champion. Her title reign lasted 57 days.
5. Alexei Morozov defeated Kaida Ackley on 12/27/2009 to become the TCW Global Coast Champion at the Resurrection PPV. His reign lasted 14 days.
6. Alexei Morozov traded in the Global Coast Championship on the 1/10/10 TCW Showdown for a shot at the TCW World Championship at the Storm Warning PPV on 2/28/10. The belt was vacant for 49 days.
7. Nightwalker won the TCW Global Coast Championship in the War of Ages match at the Storm Warning PPV on 2/28/10. She s the current holder of this title.
