The Asylum are a professional wrestling stable who originated in Global Extreme Wrestling with the goal of ending the company's existence. It was successful in this, as GEW ceased trading in summer 2011 due in significant part to the actions of The Asylum. In 2013 The Asylum reformed, becoming active in WARPED Wrestling, Pro Wrestling FRONTIER and Pro Wrestling FRONTLINE, contrite over their actions in GEW, and now fighting to protector other factions from repeating their own mistake.
