The Phantom Troupe is a professional wrestling stable, primarily performing in the Strong Style Wrestling promotion. The stable was one of the inaugural four factions of the promotion, created to be the loners faction to rival the three other factions. The group originated with John Doe, Khmaoch Sângkât, Vanessa Santiago & Saul Omen as members. On January 28th, Mizuki Nakata would join the group. On February 3rd, Enrique Kaiser would join the group. During the hiatus, Mizuki Nakata, Enrique Kaiser, RAGE Hazuki & Vanessa Santiago all left the company. Following the hiatus, Aria Jaxon, CM Nas, Gronk, Kerry Keller & Kilimanjaro joined the faction. Killimanjaro was released April 14th. On June 9th, Maelstrom would join the faction.

History:

On January 21st, 2018, Saul Omen defeated Levi Maximus. Vanessa Santiago would defeat Tres Comas Club's Tatsuya Ishimori to qualify for the Jr. Heavyweight Championship Triple Threat match set for the following week. In the Main Event, Khmaoch Sângkât would defeat Masanori Kawada in a No Disqualification match for the vacant SSW Heritage Championship after John Doe attacked Kawada. On January 28th, Khmaoch Sângkât & Mizuki Nakata were defeated by the Shoot Nation team of Masanori Kawada & Candice Blair, with the ending seeing Kawada pin Sângkât with the K-Dynamite to avenge his loss from the week prior. John Doe and Saul Omen would defeat the Ronin team of Steven Cassidy and Koji Senju, attacking them after the match and holding Cassidy hostage to call out Kawada. Before he could make the save, John Doe punted Cassidy in the head before Kawada ran them off. In the main event, Vanessa Santiago failed to capture the SSW Jr. Heavyweight Championship in a triple threat match against Jaydayne Pendragon and winner, Bang. Later, RAGE Hazuki joined the group. On April 1st, Saul Omen defeated Captain Strong Style and Sângkât successfully retains the Heritage Championship against Atem Octavian Amun-Ra. Later that night, Aria defeated fellow Phantom Troupe member CM Nas and Jaydayne Pendragon to become the inaugural Puroresu Heavyweight Champion with heavy assistance with the rest of the group. At Domination, CM Nas and Omen defeated the One True Pairing (Cassius & Sakura Corleone) to bring the Freebird Tag Team Championships to the faction.

On October 22nd at the Civil War event, following his loss of the Omega Heavyweight Championship to Jacob Senn, Saul Omen and a masked member of the Phantom Troupe ejected CM Nas from the group. The masked member was soon revealed to be Nas's protege, Nolan Eliwood. John Doe made his surprise return to wrestling as a member of Team SSW and assisted in their victory over team OWA. With this, Phantom Troupe officially joined OWA as a faction with the additions of Andre Virgo, Stark and Maggell.
