Tyrone Jefferson Davis (born Tyrone Antwone Jefferson on July 3, 1974) is a former African American professional wrestler currently wrestling for the WNWA. He was best known as one half of Da Brothas tag team. Currently, he is serving twenty years to life for attempted murder against Judge William J. Jennings, though he recently escaped.

History[]

Jefferson was born in a low income housing project in Washington, D.C. He was raised by his grandmother, never knowing who his father was. His mother was institutionalized for drug addiction and mental illness. Jefferson was first placed in juvenile detention at the age of eight after holding up a Korean deli. During a stint in juvenile detention for the attempted rape of one of his teachers at the age of 14, Jefferson met 16 year old Eugene Washington. Washington was serving time for selling drugs and condoms to elementary school children. Upon their release, they both dropped out of school and ran away to Greensboro, NC where they met a public transit driver named Curtis Lowe. Lowe took the young men in and raised them as his own, letting them loiter with him at the Beef Burger on Lee Street where they hustled customers. Lowe, an avid wrestling fan, trained the duo backyard style and by 1999 they were wrestling as The Brothers at small independent shows in the Greensboro area. Around this same time, the trio met a prositute at the Coliseum Motel in Greensboro by the name of Shitifa Moore. Moore, along with Lowe, acted as the duo's managers and Moore changed her screen name to Ms. Shitifa. The Brothers made their WNWA debut in 2000 on an episode of WNWA Bruisers and Brawlers, quickly entering into a heated feud with the The Triangle of Hate. Jefferson eventually suffered a broken leg in an "I Quit" match against Dale Taylor. During his recuperation, Jefferson began an adulterous affair with Captain Redneck's wife. This only escalated the feud, causing Redneck to divorce his wife and severely beat Jefferson.

Also during this period, Ms. Shitifa was kidnapped by Private Byooba and allegedly raped by Dale Taylor. Shitifa was impregnated in this alleged rape, but later admitted there was no rape. She named her child Tyrone Jefferson, Jr. but there is considerable doubt as to the child's paternity. The trio even appeared on an episode of The Maury Povich Show, but the DNA results were inconclusive.

Jefferson went on to eventually win the WNWA Southern Heavyweight Championship and is a multiple time World and National Tag Team Champion as a member of Da Brothas. In 2006, Da Brothas enlisted the help of a new ally, Antonio "Da Crunk" Davis.

On December 12, 2006 Da Brothas defeated the Muslim Militants to win the WNWA National Tag Team Championship.

At Season's Beatings Da Brothas defeated The Natural Born Niggaz in a Loser Leaves Town match, the result of which was later vacated by Judge William J. Jennings.

At ILL Gotten Gains, Johnson was arrested for attempted murder on Judge Jennings after brushing against him. Jennings presided over Jefferson's trial which featured Curtis Lowe turning on Jefferson. Jefferson was sentenced to twenty years to life in federal prison. He joined the Aryan Brotherhood while in prison, denouncing his African-American heritage. He vowed the ultimate revenge of Da Noo Brothas and Curtis Lowe. He escaped prison in December 2007 and has been stalking Curtis Lowe since, attacking him at Season's Beatings.

Personal Life and views[]

Jefferson is very much a racist. At one point he detested all things white, except women. Davis is obsessively attracted to white women, whom he refers to as "Da Prize." When around white women, Davis goes into an almost trance like, stalking state. However, after going to prison, Davis became disenchanted with African-Americans and became racist towards them, joining the Aryan Brotherhood and changing his name to Tyrone Jefferson Davis.

Jefferson and Washington hosted a show on OIL TV called "Where da White Womenz At?"
