The ConsortiumEdit

UGWC is run by a Consortium group consisting of the following members.

Dexter VinesEdit

The Sports Entertainment Executive, Vines is in charge of communicating all of the Consortiums decisions to the Entertainment Professionals in UGWC and to the outside world. Responsibilities also include Worker and Press Relations and the general management of UGWC Shows.

Dexter Vines started life on radio and transferred to TV, hosting a number of morning TV shows for numerous Local TV Stations. In 2009 Dexter received his big break as a pilot episode of his own Talk Show was shot, coincidentally UGWC Entertainment Professionals Donovan Hastings and Travis Roberts were his first guests. Unfortunately ‘This Evening With Dexter Vines’ was a flop, and his career looked all but over. That was until the consortium chose him to head up the launch of UGWC, with his good looks, and history of TV presenting, he seemed to them the ideal choice to head their new era of Sports Entertainment. Although not strictly a member of ‘The Consortium’ Dexter Vines will be most visible aspect of their power.

Moss EdwardsEdit

The Head of UGWC Creative Division, Edwards is responsible for the formation of idea’s for characters, merchandise, Pay-Per-View themes, matches and all other creative aspects of UGWC.

Moss Edwards, a low budget filmmaker, burst onto the scene in Global Impact Wrestling in 2009. He quickly became one of the most popular talents on the roster, and one of the most respected workers in the locker room. He was also a well of out of the box ideas, and used his great knowledge of film to bring the world promo’s it could never have imagined possible. Moss Edwards retired after winning the GIW Tag Team Championship’s at Horizons 2009 with his nemesis Randy Boolzian who he had undergone a long and entertaining prank war with earlier that year. He stated he was merely stepping into be GIW’s Head of Creative Idea’s, but he had already signed onto the UGWC project before the night Horizons occurred.

Robert OoleyEdit

The Head of UGWC Human Resources, Ooley guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs. Including but not limited to, entertainment professional relations, entertainment professional safety, welfare, wellness and health and entertainment professional services and counseling.

Robert Ooley was one of the original members of LWF when it opened in April 2001. By June, he had become the Commissioner, a position he held (with brief interruptions) for the remainder of his time in the federation. Ooley was usually aligned with Lock as part of his Regime and the pair were known as a team as The Puppet Masters. While he made a cameo appearance a couple years ago, Ooley's last appearance as an active member of the roster was in 2004.

StaffEdit

Nicholas VinegarEdit

The UGWC Play by Play Announcer, Nicholas Vinegar was the voice of Global Impact Wrestling for its entire tenure, alongside Color Commentary man Daniel Hanson. Vinegar calls things how he sees them, does not stand for corrupt or biased behavior, and has never be known to support something he sees as fundamentally wrong. During GIW’s run he was the only constant voice of morality the company had. Having worked with Daniel Hanson for so long Nicholas is excited about meeting his new colleagues.

Dr. Hans LieberjoschEdit

The UGWC Sports Entertainment Expert, Dr. Hans Lieberjosch is an esteemed Doctor of Sports Science, and has taught at Yale, University College London, the University of Tokyo and The University of Rio. Hans was born and raised in his native Norway, but is fluent in numerous languages included English. During the nineties Lieberjosch was a well regarding Sports Entertainment critic and his journalistic talents were profitable and sought after. His role on the UGWC Commentary team comes as a shock to the world, as Dr Hans has been a vociferous critic of the state of the industry to this day. Lieberjosch has written many a scathing article in the last few years lambasting the ‘too small’ wrestlers, and bemoaning the glory days, he clearly believes he is right in everything he says, and disregards the opinion of others as ignorance. It is also widely believed Hans considers himself above the position of Commentator, hence the fancy title, and rumors suggest he is only in this position due to debts caused by a huge gambling problem.

Covert JayEdit

The UGWC Ninja Analyst, Covert Jay has been a color commentator on LWF Warzone since late 2003. Jay promotes himself as a ninja and relates most discussions back to this topic. He is generally disinterested by mat-based wrestling and prefers hardcore matches, frequently makes pop culture references or will outright speak in nonsense.
