UWL Tag Team Championship

The UWL Tag Team Championship is the tag team title contested for in the e-fed Universal Wrestling League.

The team Reckless Storm was crowned the first Tag Team Champions when they defeated the West Brothers in a tournament final.
Since the Championship's conception, the West Brothers are the longest reigning Champions having held the belt one day shy under three months. There have been two occurances since the belts' inception where a Champion was replaced mid-reign. The first was when Josh Eagles' replaced Kid Luck with Reck Maverick, the second was years later when The Phenomenal Blu replaced Reck Maverick upon the latter's departure from the UWL.

The current Champions are EPIC members Matt Mathews and The Phenomenal Blu, who are in their first reign as a team and second and third respectivley. They defeated Kurt Noble and Flap Flanagan on November 5, 2008 in Knoxville, Tennessee.

- The exact length of the Capaci/Nitro reign is up for debate due to the hiatus took by UWL in early 2007. The West Brothers are recognized as the longest reigning Tag Champions.
- Matt Mathews and Adam Houston were named Tag Team Champions on November 28th under the Freebird Rule alongside Jason Hunt and Brad Hunter.
