WWE HCW is a wrestling E-Fed run by Jim Logan, it was established on November 10, 2010(11/11/10) and has since been running. It had gained 3 GM's at one point before one of them became corrupt and quit. Today it's current shows are Raw(I run it) and Smackdown(Run by Zack Blaze). Anyone really can join, but they must be good writers.
