- Cobra later was stripped of the title after Mongo bought out the XHF
- While it was apparent at the 11/27/05 Supremacy that Death Trap was no longer the Champion, he was beaten by 8 men, thus leaving the belt in total disarray. The men who all pinned Death Trap simultaneously were Mongo the Destroyer, Snake, The Ace, James Mueller, Slain, Magnus, Chris Kanyon, and Curtis Kanyon. The referee who counted to three with 8 people on Death Trap was Venom.
- "The Undisputed Icon" MGK d. Rob Arnold at Xtraction 1/28/07 by DQ, but was awarded the title. Chaos ensued in XHF corporate and the title was held up until a "Best of Three" series was made involving the two.
